Welcome to MICE ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MICE web application, services, and associated websites (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing, or using MICE, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access the Service.

MICE is an enterprise hospitality and event sales enablement platform designed for venue managers, corporate event planners, and sales teams. The Service provides tools for:

• Managing group bookings, event leads, and client contacts.
• Designing, scheduling, and executing personalized email outreach campaigns.
• Tracking conversation threads, client replies, and follow-up tasks.
• Connecting third-party email accounts (such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365) via OAuth.
• Utilizing optional AI-assisted copywriting and group-booking analytics.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Google Workspace & Gmail

MICE allows users to connect their Google accounts via OAuth. By connecting your Google account:

• You acknowledge and agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and API User Data policies.
• MICE will never use, transfer, or sell your Google data to train or improve foundational AI/ML models.

Third-Party AI Services

Where you choose to use our AI-powered features, text prompts are processed through commercial APIs under terms that strictly exclude customer API inputs from being used to train third-party models.
