This Privacy Policy describes how MICE collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our web application, services, and integrations, particularly regarding your connection with third-party service providers such as Google and Microsoft.

1. Authentication & Account Management: To verify your identity, secure access to your workspace, and manage your user account.
2. Email Outreach & Communication: To send outreach emails and conversation replies on your behalf using your connected mailbox, as explicitly configured or triggered by you.
3. Workspace Collaboration: To display task statuses, follow-up reminders, and sent conversation threads to authorized members of your organization.
4. Service Reliability & Security: To monitor system health, prevent abuse, ensure deliverability, and maintain data security.

We do not use your personal information or Google user data for advertising, marketing profiling, or any secondary purposes unrelated to delivering the MICE platform services.

MICE strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Affirmative Limited Use Statement:
The application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google Single Sign-On and Workspace API User Data Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use, transfer, or share Google Workspace user data to train or improve generalized AI/ML models.

Specific Restrictions:

• No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, unless necessary to provide the service requested by you, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger or acquisition with explicit notice.
• No Advertising: We never use or transfer Google user data for serving personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertisements.
• No Human Access: Our employees and contractors cannot read your email contents or credentials unless explicitly requested for support, required for security, or required by law.

• No AI Model Training on User Data: We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve generalized or foundational machine learning and artificial intelligence models.
• Third-Party AI Service Integration: If you utilize our optional AI-assisted copywriting features, data is sent strictly via paid APIs where the AI provider's terms explicitly state that customer API data is not used for model training.

• Encryption in Transit: TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
• Encryption at Rest: AES-256-CBC encryption for OAuth tokens.
• Access Control: MFA restricted infrastructure.

• Retention Period: As long as your account is active.
• Disconnecting Accounts: OAuth tokens are permanently deleted upon disconnecting.
• Account Deletion: Complete deletion within 30 days upon request.
